Banners

Banner drawing in pastel, 2009
When the wind picks up the banners flutter.

There's two vectors to explore on this theme: Word pairs and banner forms. Of course there's also the potential to integrate the two approaches, and perhaps this would be the most interesting.

There is a body of work that I gave to Scott Spector some years ago along this theme and I'd like to get images of that.

Banners are a theme that I explored in the eighties and early nineties with some interesting results. There may be some more milage on this idea now that my approach to writing has matured.
